ECWA Hospital Egbe’s Surgical Center offers general surgery, orthopedic surgery, specialty surgery and endoscopy. These life saving surgeries are available to the community and surrounding areas offering the best option to hundreds of thousands of Nigerians.
Without the funding to upgrade and supply the hospital’s surgical center with essential equipment and supplies, the hospital runs a risk of not being able to provide live saving surgeries.
The new facility includes dedicated areas for pre-op consultations, recovery, and separate surgical wards for men, women, and children. We’re also renovated the current surgical space to include four operating theaters, with the goal of performing more than 100 surgeries each month. Now we need to update it with live saving equipment and supplies.
